Note: This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to schools that have adopted the lenEX School Management platform. lenEX provides the technology to support school operations but does not own or manage the schools themselves. Each school remains responsible for its financial policies, enforcement, and administration.
Parents or guardians who wish to cancel a student’s admission must submit a written request to the school administration office or through the official school portal.
Before Academic Session Begins: Tuition fees may be refunded after deducting registration or administrative charges (non‑refundable).
After Academic Session Begins: Tuition fees for the current term or installment are non‑refundable.
The following fees are strictly non‑refundable:
Registration / Application Fee
Admission Processing Fee
Examination Fee
Transportation Registration Fee
Any third‑party service charges
If a student has paid fees partially and requests cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting applicable charges and any dues owed to the school.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
The school reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any disputes related to refunds will be resolved by the school management, whose decision shall be final.
